one of several area recipients of the annual P-AFD Charities.

September 2025 -  Perth Elks Lodge presented a local family $1500 for the 3 children that lost their home to fire earlier this week. Locally we pay it as soon as we can get the info. Grand Lodge Elks repay us from the Elks and Royal Purple Fund for Children. All lodges across Canada contribute from fundraising and local donations. We do what we can as soon as we can when disaster strikes. Thank you to all that contribute to this fund. Elks Executive members Ron Dubé (far left) and Gary Grant (far right) presented the donation.

The new entry stairs have been installed. A big thank you to White Precast for donating the front entry stairs and installing the new metal railing. They also installed the new kitchen entry stairs. Another thank you to Jim Dunlap for donating his time and the material to install the walkway from the driveway to the parking lot.

June 2025 - Jennifer Young (right) was the winner of the Perth Elks Father's Day Fundraiser. Thank you to all who bought tickets, sold tickets and especially to Jamie Dooling, who donated the BBQ and Castle Building Supplies, who donated the lawn trimmer and with Paula's assistance, who sold around 100 tickets. Also present in the photo are Elks Lodge members Jim & Diane Hatheway and Jennifer's delighted husband, Clifford.

The URV Pediatric Eating Disorder Program has been operating since 2013 at Hotel Dieu of Saint Joseph in Perth-Andover. The program provides services to youth (18 years and under) with suspected or diagnosed eating disorders from the Upper River Valley and Fredericton areas. The program has purchased multiple resources through generous donations, like that provided by the Elks Club.
